2月のお灸教室＆マクロビランチは24日㈮を予定しています。
今後お灸教室は基本第4金曜日で行うことになりました。ただしスタッフや参加メンバーの都合により変更となる場合もございます。また
「平日は仕事があるので土日がいいんだけど・・・」
という方は、参加メンバーが3人以上集まれば開催可能でです（ただしランチの内容は多少変更になる場合があります）。
うずまののお灸教室は、
①身体と心がほっこり楽になる
②自分だけのツボを覚えられる
③自然が好きなメンバーとの憩いの時間を過ごせる。
④しばらく通っていると、自分でのセルフメンテナンスができるようになる。

The moxibustion class will be held on the 4th Friday. However, it may be changed due to the convenience of the staff and participating members.
