"UZUMANO” is a fasting and detox retreat located in Doshi village, Yamanashi, Japan.
The owner, who has worked for many years as a midwife, acupuncturist and nurse, opened this retreat in April 2020.
Our goal is to help you detoxify your body and mind.
We offer a variety of programs to help you lead a healthy life.
PROGRAMS
Fasting
This is a great option for people who are feeling unwell and need to reset their stomach. It is also effective for those who are concerned about depression and a high level of hesitation.

Our meditation time allows you to deeply relax your mind and body, relieve frustration, and improve your intuition.
Trekking
Uzumano is surrounded by the magnificent nature of Doshi Village. You can refresh your mind and body by getting in touch with the nature.
Ninja experience
Trekking in nature, dressed as a ninja. Forget your daily life and walk as a ninja. It is a very popular activity for both adults and children.
Yoga
Morning and evening yoga is combined with acupressure, stretching, and qigong kinetics to improve chi flow.

Doshi
YAMANASHI, JAPAN
Doshi Village is located in the southeast of Yamanashi Prefecture on the border of Kanagawa Prefecture and is a village surrounded by rich mountains. Doshi Village is located between the Tokyo metropolitan area and Mt. Fuji, and is within 70 km of the city center and 90 minutes away from Shinjuku by car.
The Doshi River, which runs through the center of the village, is praised as "water that never goes bad even after crossing the equator".

We will arrange pickup service. It takes about 45 minutes from the station.
BUS
Shinjuku Bus terminal↔ Yamanakako Asahigaoka
We will arrange pickup service. It takes about 30 minutes from the bus stop.
CAR
About 30-40 minutes from the Sagamiko IC or Sagamihara IC exit of the Chuo Expressway.
Take Route 413 and turn left at the signboard of "Benitsubaki no Yu Entrance".
