6月のイベントは【梅の酵素作り】です。
「酵素の中で味は一番おいしい！」と言われている、いえ実際にとってもおいしい酵素作りイベントです。ベースはファスティング（半断食）です。
今年は梅の実を採取するところからやります！
酵素を作るには白砂糖を使用します。普段は砂糖類は甜菜糖もはちみつも一切使用しないうずまのですが、この時ばかりは発酵のために使用します。
「砂糖って身体によくないのでは？」という不安がよく聞かれますがご安心を！（この話についてはほかの記事で。）病院で見放された方たちがどんどん元気になった、というお話を
（ご本人から）よく聞きます。身体に悪いものでしたらそうならずに、悪化しますね。
そんな身体に良い酵素、ぜひ正しい作り方と正しい飲み方をきちんと学びにいらして下さい！もちろん不調や病気が無い方でも、日頃の健康管理や若返りのためにも是非どうぞ！

1名様：15,200円/人 ＋梅代金（1㎏約1,200円（時価）×作る量＋果物・砂糖代＋発酵剤
2名様：13,000円/人 ＋梅代金（1㎏約1,200円（時価）×作る量＋果物・砂糖代＋発酵剤
※他旬の果物を数種類お持ちいただきます。白砂糖はこちらでご用意します。
